About Us | K9Tailsla
Welcome to K9TailsLA!
K9TailsLA.com is a blog dedicated to dog owners who wish they could spend every waking moment with their loving pet. We dig deep to find quality services, parks, hotels, events, cafes, bars that are dog friendly so you can take you pet along with you without hesitation. Having our own k9 pack of three, we understand how limiting some places can be for pets so our goal is to provide you with options.
We are a husband and a wife team with three rescue dogs and a baby. My wife started as a dog trainer six years ago and dedicated numerous hours volunteering at the local animal shelters. We quickly realized how desperately shelter dogs need exposure and how little networking there could be for some of these dogs. It was with this in mind that we started our blog. Our mission is to first and foremost give exposure to the homeless animals at the local shelters and direct the public to make adoption their first choice. We also want to reach out to current and new dog owners and provide them with options of things they can do with their dog in their community. Giving our readers quality information is our goal.
We recognize and promote any pet friendly business or location on our blog because our vision is to see Los Angeles become the most dog friendly City in the Nation.
