Escape to Dog Friendly Idyllwild

K9TailsLA traveled to Idyllwild in January of 2012 and discovered a community full of dog lovers, dog friendly restaurants, cafes and most importantly a hidden jewel spot called “Oh My Dog Gallery”.  It is not everyday that you come across an artist passionately showing his love for rescue dogs through his magnificent photos.

K9TailsLA was so inspired by this artist that we decided to write a post on his great work and share it with our readers. The artist at “Oh My Dog Gallery” is Frank Bruynbroek, an internationally known photographer and an activist stirring candid and commissioned black and white dog photographs that are sometimes fun, other times haunting, but always captivating.  His Ansel Adams-like ability captures a landscape of emotions from man’s best friend.
